These symptoms can point to faults in the thermal management system, cooling pumps, sensors, software, or the battery pack itself.
Under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (the “California Lemon Law”), a manufacturer must repair warranty-covered defects within a reasonable number of attempts.
