Vehicle and warranty
- Year, make, model, and current mileage
- Purchase or lease date
- New, used, certified, auction, or private-party purchase
- Written warranty documents
Repair history
- Every repair order
- Dates and mileage for each visit
- Days the vehicle was unavailable
- Parts-delay or backorder records
Evidence
- Photos or videos of intermittent problems
- Manufacturer and dealer communications
- Towing, rental, and loaner records
- Current loan payoff information, if relevant
